We are elective therapists.

For the therapy, you will need a prescription from your treating doctor. After completing a series of therapies, you will receive a bill, which you can submit to your health insurance company for reimbursement after payment in accordance with the tariff regulations. For reimbursement purposes with your health insurance company, only the items listed on the prescription may be carried out. All other services are billed privately. If you are unable to keep an appointment for any reason, we ask that you cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not cancelled or missed must be billed privately.

Please bring a large towel and, if necessary, sportswear with you to physiotherapy.
